INJURED CLIENTS
Pilates is highly recommended by many allied health and medical professionals for those injured and Reformer Pilates is one of the safest ways to exercise when pregnant, therefore you may come across many of these in your classes.
In the Wellness Living staff app you will find these details for individuals, by selecting the individual and pressing the yellow triangle alert under their name. Here you will find as much detail as possible regarding any injuries or pregnancy including any restrictions.
If you need to add an injury or alert, this can be done in the backend of Wellness Living, which can be accessed in an internet browser.
1:1 check ups are organised for all pregnant members at the 12–18-week mark and these can also be organised for members or potential clients as needed. If you feel like someone may need one of these, please contact your studio manager or Rach + Jess to organise.
Pregnant members can attend Reformer classes until their due date or until their doctor specifies. You can find our staff handout for pregnancy HERE.

We do ask members to provide 2 weeks’ notice for membership suspensions, with exemptions for medical based suspensions.
