CLIENT FIRST VISIT INFORMATION

As a way of building our community in each studio, we ask employees to send through a fact or piece of information that they learned about a new client.  This can be anything from something about their family, injuries, experience in pilates, where they live etc.

This helps them feel comfortable and cared about straight away and is a very important part of what we are trying to build.  Passing the information onto the other team members through the employee messenger group in a timely manner helps them use that information to greet and assist them in their next class at the studio.  A personal touch goes a long way into assisting us get a dedicated and loyal community group.
