CHANGE OF SHIFTS AND ANNUAL LEAVE

If you wish to change one of your regular scheduled shifts, it’s expected that you reach out to other team members specifically and try to swap a shift.  We understand this may not always be a like for like shift being the exact same number of hours and this is acceptable.  If a swap cannot occur and you are employed as a part time employee, you are expected to have enough annual leave accrued to take that shift off.  If using annual leave, please discuss initially with your studio manager who will try to find a cover for that shift and advise us that annual leave is to be paid.

We are small teams in each studio so we would like you to work with each other to allow everyone to achieve a great work life balance whilst maintaining a full timetable of classes being held.
