CARDIO CLASS TYPES
+ Sweat
A circuit based functional workout that is pure cardio and will be sure to make you sweat!
A circuit set up of only cardio exercises using a mix of equipment and no equipment. These will be either short fast sets targeting speed (e.g. 4 sets of 15 seconds with 15 seconds rest) or longer sets to target endurance (e.g. 2 sets of 40 seconds with 30 seconds in between) or calorie based set ups.
+ Tone
A circuit based functional workout combining cardio and strength exercises that will make you sweat, burn calories and increase strength.
A circuit set up of any cardio and strength based exercise. To be set up as cardio exercise, strength exercise, cardio exercise, strength exercise etc, with various timing or calorie based set ups.
+ Core
A circuit based functional workout mixing Mat Pilates core exercises with traditional cardio based exercises to make you sweat and build core strength.
A circuit set up mixing any cardio exercises and Mat Pilates core exercises. To be set up as core exercise, cardio exercise, core exercise, cardio exercise etc, with various timings or calorie based set up.
+ Power
A circuit based functional workout that is pure strength based using a mix of weights and body weight to really make those muscles work!
A circuit set up of only strength exercises, with a mix of weighted exercises and harder body weight exercises such as chin ups, dips etc. These will be a mix of timings and rep based set ups with longer rest times.
